Solo Challenge

Find as many valid connections as possible in a short run. Your opponent is the timer, the quality of each pairing, and your own hint decisions.

Timers: 1 · 3 · 5 minutesGoal: Highest score

Choose the right timer first

1 minute
A sprint. Read the pairing immediately and enter familiar names without delay.
3 minutes
The balanced default. It leaves room for several draws and deliberate hint choices.
5 minutes
A deeper run for scanning your memory and finding more shared players in harder pairings.

Manage the round

After the draw, both clubs, the timer, and the answer field remain in one game panel. Once you have exhausted the names you know, use New Draw to move on. Passing also prevents an unproductive pairing from consuming the run.

  • Think of major transfers and loan spells first.
  • After one valid answer, recall other transfers between the same two clubs.
  • The active game stays in one panel, so you do not need to navigate through menus to answer.

Not every answer keeps the same value

A valid answer without hints starts at 10 points. Hint costs apply to that answer, and a fully revealed name is worth 0. A pairing's difficulty multiplier may also affect its score value.

Score decision

If you are close to a name, a hint may be worth more than a new draw. If you cannot form any connection, protecting the timer is usually better.

A practical high-score sequence

  1. Check for a shared league or a familiar transfer route.
  2. Enter recognizable stars and recent squad members first.
  3. After a correct answer, think of other transfers between the two clubs rather than that player's teammates.
  4. If you stay blank, decide quickly between a hint and a new draw.

When time expires

The result screen shows total score, players found, rounds played, and notable answers. You can share the result, start another Solo run, or return to the menu.
